Account Settings

Manage your personal Formula Foundry account from the web portal . Account settings are user-level — they follow you across every workspace you belong to.

Profile

• Display name — how your name appears to teammates.
• Email — pulled from your sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft).
• Avatar — also pulled from your provider.

Preferences

• Default platform — Google Sheets or Excel, used when Formula Foundry needs a fallback dialect.
• Default locale — choose between comma-separated (US) and semicolon-separated (EU) formula syntax.
• Theme — Light, Dark, or System (follows your OS setting). The Editor and panels respect this.

Connected accounts

The portal lists the authentication providers linked to your account (Google, Microsoft, or your workspace’s SSO provider on Business plans). You can sign in with any connected provider.

Data & privacy

• Export data — download your variables, snippets, and profile metadata as JSON.
• Delete account — permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. If you’re the sole Owner of a paid workspace, you’ll need to transfer ownership or cancel the subscription first.
