Account Settings

Open My Account in the web portal  to manage your personal Formula Foundry account. These settings are user-level — they follow you across every workspace you belong to.

Profile

Your name, email, and avatar come from the provider you sign in with (Google or Microsoft), so the portal shows them but doesn’t edit them. Update them with your provider and the change reaches Formula Foundry the next time you sign in.

Your workspaces

Every workspace you belong to is listed with the role you hold in it. Leave removes you from one you no longer need — access ends immediately, including to its shared snippets.

Owners can’t leave their own workspace. Transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.

Cookie preferences

Choose which categories of cookies Formula Foundry sets in this browser. Your choice is shared with the marketing site on formulafoundry.io, so you only make it once.

Delete your account

Danger Zone → Delete Account permanently removes your account and the snippets, variables, and formulas stored with it. It can’t be undone, and access ends immediately.

Deletion is blocked while either of these is true, so settle them first:

• You own a workspace with an active subscription. Cancel the subscription, then try again.
• You own a workspace that still has other members. Contact support to transfer ownership, or delete the workspace.

Where’s the theme setting?

Light and dark mode are set in the add-on itself, not the portal — open the settings panel from the side rail and use the Appearance toggle. The choice is remembered on that device.
